BOTA MAIL SLOT INSULATOR
BOTA carries a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use or storage, accidents, loss, or theft. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, misuse or product alterations or damages caused by pets. The following conditions are not covered by our 10-year warranty: discoloration, cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and not covered by our 10-year warranty. BOTA will repair or replace any damaged products covered by the 10-year warranty at no cost with like or similar parts or products; however, the customer will be held responsible for return shipping fees.
BOTA MAGNETIC FORGED BRASS MAIL SLOT
Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, BOTA Products ("Company") extends a limited warranty to the original consumer user (“Original User”) of our product
(“Product”) against defects in material and workmanship, as long as the Original User occupies the residential premises upon which the Product was originally installed.
This warranty only applies to the Original User of the Products. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty applies to all products sold on or after August 21, 2025.
Original User: The Original User will return the defective Product to the retailer from whom it was purchased, and proof of purchase.
Finish Warranty: BOTA warrants to the original purchaser that the finish of the Product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship. Satin Brass PVD Lifetime, Satin
Nickel PVD, and all other PVD finishes carry a ten-year interior limited finish warranty and three-year exterior limited finish warranty. There is no finish warranty unlacquered
living Brass finishes. All other finishes carry a five-year finish warranty for interior use conditions and a one-year finish warranty for exterior use conditions: as long as said
Purchaser occupies the residential premises upon which the Product was originally installed (“Warranty Period”).
Mechanical Warranty:
BOTA brand products warrants to the original residential purchaser (the “Purchaser”) that each BOTA product shall be free of mechanical defects under normal use from
the date of purchase for as long as the Purchaser occupies the residential premises upon which the Product was originally installed (“Warranty Period”).
