30-Day Policy
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items damaged through abuse or neglect will not be accepted.
If you are dissatisfied after having the product in your home, start your return through the BOTA Returns Center. You will be able to set up a return and download a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, less the original shipping charge and return shipping cost — unless the order was filled incorrectly by BOTA.
