BOTA products carries a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use or storage, accidents, loss, or theft.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, misuse or product alterations or damages caused by pets. The following conditions are not covered by our 10-year warranty: discoloration, cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and not covered by our 10-year warranty. BOTA will repair or replace any damaged products covered by the 10-year warranty at no cost with like or similar parts or products; however, the customer will be held responsible for return shipping fees.
