While we deliver to many locations inside and outside of the US, we unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. boxes, if a physical mailing address is not available.
For most areas, customers have the option at checkout to choose expedited shipping.
We do ship internationally. International shipping charges apply.

If a package is damaged in transit, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and resolve any issue.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy covers returns of most products up to 30 days from date of purchase. The BOTA product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation to receive the allowable refund. Items that are damaged as a result of abuse or neglect, will not be accepted. If you’re dissatisfied after having the product in your home, please visit our Returns Center Page. From there you will be able to setup a return and download a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item(s), you will receive a full refund in the form of your original payment for your item(s) less the original shipping charge and your return shipping cost, unless the order was filled incorrectly by BOTA.
